Warranty and Customer Satisfaction

All items have a 100% satisfaction guarantee by the manufacturer, for the life of the product.  If you have any questions or suggestions, please email us at sales@Picnic Pleasures or call us at 1-609-760-0437.  We will reply to you as soon as possible.  Please include your name, order number if applicable and any other information which may be useful.

Shipping and Sales Tax

Your order will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex from the manufacturer's warehouse within 48 hours. We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey.  Orders shipped outside the state of New Jersey will be tax exempt.

Refunds, Exchanges and Credit

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, return the item within 30 days for a refund, credit or replacement.*  If you would like to return merchandise, for whatever reason, first let us know.  And the best way to do that is by emailing or calling us.  We will provide a replacement, or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser, if the product was not misused or abused or repackaged.   Unwanted products that are returned must be in saleable condition.*  If requesting a replacement or exchange, you can request the same or a different product.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable upon return of the item.

Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival

If the item arrived damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping company (e.g., UPS or Fed Ex) for a prompt refund.

Pricing Discrepancy

It is our policy not to be undersold.  If you find the same item on another web site within 5 days of your order, and it is in stock and available in the quantity that you have ordered, our policy is to match the price.  We will need the exact web site address (URL) and quantity for price and availability verification purposes.

Changes

Prices, terms, conditions and products may change at any time on our web site without notice.

Privacy and Security

Any information you give us is not shared by any other company or entity unless required by law.  Any email addresses you provide us are only used by us to send you periodic offers or news about us or our products and you can opt-out of receiving such information at any time.  We may contact you to clarify an order or we may contact you at your request.  An email address supplied to us with an order will automatically opt-in to receive our periodic email notifications.

Your credit card information is processed using secure internet transaction protocols through reputable financial institutions that have told us that they will maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.  You should be aware that any transaction over the internet or elsewhere with any entity must be made carefully to protect your private information and we will do our part to insure your privacy.

Custom Items

In most cases, minimum quantities apply and you need to call us to discuss.  We can print, engrave or screen paint your logo or design on many of the items you see on this site.   In fact, if you have an idea for a specially printed, custom or promotional item that you don't see here, just ask us and we can probably meet your needs, rapidly and expertly. We have access to a world of both common and uncommon items that might be just the thing you are looking for.  Normal production time is 4 to 6 weeks for custom engraving or imprinting and 2 to 3 weeks for custom screen painting depending on quantity and complexity.

  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for responses to quotation requests.

  • 50% deposit is required on all custom engraving, printing or painting.

 

Shipping and Handling

Basic shipping cost is shown in the table below, however, some large or heavy items have an additional shipping cost associated with them.  Actual shipping cost is shown when you add the item to the shopping cart.   These rates apply only to shipments within the 48 United States.  Basic shipping and handling cost is as follows:

Direct Ship Items

Most Picnic Pleasures items are shipped from the manufacturer directly to you.  These items are shipped UPS Ground or Fed Ex ground unless we are notified by you to ship by another method.  UPS Ground or Fed Ex ground can take from 2 to 7 days depending on your location.  These items are identified as "Direct Ship" in the shopping cart.

Gift Wrap and Gift Cards

At your request, we can include a card or note within the package if it is a gift.  We can also gift wrap your items.  Gift Cards are free.  There is an additional charge for gift wrap as shown on the product page.

Ordering

Just browse the site using the navigation buttons at the top of each page.  You can usually click on a small picture of an item to make it larger.  Once you decide what to buy, just click on the "Add to Cart" button.  (Some items require you to select a style or item number just before clicking the button.)  This will take you to the shopping cart where you can add or subtract items at your leisure. When the cart is complete, just fill in the required information.

Confirmation

Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent listing all of your items, prices, billing address and shipping information (if you give us a valid email address).  If anything is amiss, just email or call us as indicated above.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 or 3 days unless otherwise noted.  If the item is out of stock, it will either be noted on this web site itself, on the shopping cart or we will email you and notify you of any out-of-stock situations so you can determine your best course of action (e.g., cancel, substitute or wait for the item to arrive).

Packaging and Invoice

We make every effort to ensure the integrity of the items by using appropriate packaging materials to withstand the rigors of shipping and handling. 

We do not include an invoice or any pricing information within the package since many items are sent as gifts.  We do include a PACKING LIST which includes your name and address, your ship to name and address and product information without pricing.

Payment Options

We accept personal and business checks and money orders.  In order to pay by personal check, do not use the shopping cart.  Just send us an email with the items and quantities that you wish to buy and notify us that you are sending a check.  We accept personal or business checks that:

  • Are pre-imprinted with your name and address;
  • Match the name and address on your order;
  • Are issued through U.S. financial institutions in US$;
  • Are made payable to MirMar Web Enterprises, Inc.

We accept money orders when they:

  • Are issued through U.S. financial institutions in US$;
  • Are made payable to MirMar Web Enterprises, Inc.

Also:

  • Mail your check or money order to us with a copy of your order.
  • If you order by email, we'll hold your merchandise until we receive your check, up to 10 days after we receive your order.
  • There may be a delay in shipping your order while we wait for your check to clear.
  • Third party checks and money orders cannot be accepted.

50% deposit is required on all custom engraving, printing or painting.

* Excludes special order or custom items.  These items include personalized, engraved, painted or printed items that cannot be resold to another customer.  Special order items also include large volume orders over $400 for a single item that we may not return to a manufacturer or distributor.  Picnic Pleasures will be the sole determinant as to the acceptance of such orders for return or refund.  In addition, the customer may be responsible for any shipping, handling, restocking or penalty charges incurred by Picnic Pleasures in order for us to return merchandise to a manufacturer or distributor.
